The Mac app is a one‑time purchase and it already includes sending a cut to a client and getting an approval back. The paid bands exist for the day one person becomes a team. They are priced by band up to 25 people, and the storage you keep with us is sold openly by the TB, with no cap.
The app
Everything local: card offload with checksums, sync, RAW proxies, sorting, transcription, search, editor handover. It runs on your Mac, and your rushes stay there.
No subscription, no meter running. Try the whole thing free for 7 days first — you add a card, and nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Choosing a band takes you to Launchr, where you sign in or create a workspace, and then straight to checkout. There is no size we cannot take: extra storage is €25 per TB per month on every band with no cap, and House takes people beyond the first 25 at €10 each per month. Clients and approvers are free, forever
The people who watch and approve your work never pay and never create an account. That is a design decision, not a trial limit. A link in a browser is the whole product for them.
Bands first, seats only above 25
A colleague joining should never turn into a line on an invoice, so up to 25 people the number is a ceiling on the band and nothing we count. Above 25, on House, each additional person is €10 a month — because a house with 200 employees cannot honestly cost the same as one with 25. It applies only to the people who create the work, at a price printed on this page.
No ceiling without a door
Outgrow the storage your band includes and you simply keep going: every extra TB is €25 a month, on every band, with no upper limit and no email to us. And if you do meet a limit, we only stop new commitments — links you already sent keep opening, comments keep arriving and approvals can still be given, also after a subscription ends.

Questions about the money
Do I need a band at all?
Probably not on day one. The €99 license already sends a version to a client and brings the approval back, with one production in review at a time. A band is what you buy the day you have several productions running at once, or colleagues who need to be in the same place.
Is VAT included?
No. Every price here excludes VAT, and VAT is added at checkout based on your country. If your company has a valid EU VAT number you enter it at checkout and the reverse charge is applied automatically.
What does yearly actually save?
Two months. A yearly band is always ten months of the monthly price for twelve months of service. There is no other discount hidden anywhere, and no launch price that quietly ends.
Can I change band or cancel later?
Yes, both from your own billing page, without emailing anyone. Moving up or down is prorated, so you pay the difference for the days that remain. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and everything you sent to clients keeps working.
Does my number of people change the price?
Up to 25 people, no. The number is a ceiling on the band, never a multiplier: three people on Team cost exactly the same as one. Above 25 people, which only happens on House, each additional person is €10 a month. That is the one place a colleague becomes a line on the invoice, it is priced on this page, and it counts only the people who create the work. Your clients and approvers are outside every count, on every band, forever.
What does extra storage cost, and is there a cap?
€25 per TB per month on every paid band, and there is no cap. At the end of each month we measure what is actually stored for you, subtract what your band includes, and round the rest up to the next started TB — so 3.4 TB on House, which includes 3 TB, is one extra TB and €25. Nothing is ever blocked because you went over: you keep uploading, and the extra appears on the next invoice. Downloading your own material back is always free, however often you do it.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing dramatic, and not immediately. Your band keeps running for 14 days while the card is sorted out, and we tell you what is going on rather than quietly locking things. Nothing is deleted at any point.
We already have an agreement with you. Does this change anything?
No. Organisations we set up and invoice directly are not measured against these bands and never will be without a conversation. If you are unsure which one you are, email support@launchr.dk.
What if this turns out not to be for me?
The 7‑day trial is the full app precisely so you can find that out before paying anything. If you did buy and something is not right, email us. We would rather fix it or make it right than keep money from an unhappy editor.
